High Campak Cases, Acehnese Asked To Be Alert!

BANDA ACEH - The Aceh Health Service asked the people of the westernmost province of Indonesia to be aware of safe disease which is quite high in Aceh, one of which is protecting children through fulfilling complete basic immunizations.

"The number of▁besarquid cases in 2022 will reach 2,000 cases. In the past, it was not that much, said the Head of Disease Prevention and Control (P2P) of the Aceh Health Service, Iman Cheapman, in Banda Aceh, Tuesday.

The Indonesian Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 231 cases of▁besaruk in Aceh in 2020, and there were 79 cases in 2021. Then, the number of cases of the disease experienced a drastic increase in the following year.

In fact, Iman assessed, there are still many more cases of symptomatic▁besars in a number of areas of Aceh, apart from the 2,000 recorded cases.

Therefore, continued Iman, the Aceh Health Service appealed to the public to be really aware of the transmission of▁dirinyacoil in the community.

Moreover, there is no cure forevaporation, because it is caused by the virus, so that the only prevention effort is through the fulfillment of complete basic immunizations for children.

"So it's like we have the flu that heals on our own, the steps are nothing else, we have to immunize. So immunization should be the main choice for preventing the▁antaranya virus," he said.

In addition to▁antaranyamis, Iman juga meminta agar masyarakat mewaspadai penyakit lain yang juga dapat ditahkan dengan immunisasi lengkap, seperti diphtheri.

The Indonesian Ministry of Health noted that there were 33 cases of diphtheria in Aceh in 2020 and 13 cases in 2021.

So, said Iman, his party made the disease a disease that was prioritized for prevention and treatment in 2023.

"Indeed, one of the others that can be prevented by immunization is▁dirinyammetrical disease and diphtheria," he said.
