Alice Cooper Wants Johnny Depp To Play Himself In A Biopic

JAKARTA - Alice Cooper said he wanted Johnny Depp to play him in a biopic.

Revealing to Yahoo! Entertainment in a recent interview, Cooper was asked if he would like a biopic about himself made.

Cooper replied: "I hope that doesn't mean we have to die just yet ... Usually it will be with bands that are very commercially successful, while Alice is successful and we sell a lot of records, but I don't appeal to everyone," she said. . "I'm definitely on the darker side."

"And I thought (if made) it would be a great film. And if Johnny Depp looked better, he could play me,"

Cooper continued, Depp would be the best person to play him, because Depp really likes to take on characters that no one else wants to play.

"He knows me well enough that he can imitate me pretty well, I'm pretty sure," said Cooper.

Cooper and Depp played together in the Hollywood rock supergroup Vampires. The band has released two albums; Hollywood Vampires (2015) and Rise (2019).

Alice Cooper recently released her new song Don't Give Up , which is based on the ongoing COVID-19 show, complete with a music video featuring fans.

"It is a song about what we are all going through at the moment and about keeping our heads (upright) and fighting together," Cooper said in a statement about the track.

"And whatever you do - Don't Give Up!"
