JAKARTA - Ravel Entertainment opened its voice about the incident of stopping the Bring Me The Horizon (BMTH) concert at the Ancol Beach City International Stadium, on November 10. Through Ravel Entertainment's official Instagram account, Ravel Junardy as CEO provides clarification.

"I, Ravel Junardy as the promoter of Ravel Entertainment, want to clarify and apologize profusely for the lack of the main performer setlist in the first day of show due to technical problems," wrote Ravel Jinardy, Saturday, November 11.

"And with great regret, we inform you that the second day of show had to be canceled," he continued.

In the official statement, Ravel also talked about accountability to compensate for the losses suffered by the audience.

However, those who watch on the first day will not get replacement money or refund in full.

"As a form of accountability, Ravel Entertainment will provide a proportional refund for the first day and also a full refund for the second day," wrote Ravel.

"We will inform the details of the refund mechanism on the official Ravel Entertainment social media. Thank you," he added.

Meanwhile, Oliver Sykes representing BMTH, told what happened when they performed. He called the poor stage conditions making the concert unable to continue.

"Obviously when performing last night, we were pulled out after performing one of the songs due to the concerns of our crew and some local crew. That the stage and the support post, which are basically a lot of venues, relies on sound, bounces (gorges) very much," Oliver Sykes said.

There are concerns that something serious could happen, with a (stage) structure that could fall or injure people, or much worse. So, we have no choice but to cancel the show," he concluded.
