JAKARTA - Iwa Kusuma or better known as Iwa K, was involved in the original soundtrack of the latest horror film titled The Story of Tanah Jawa.

Together with soloist from Malang, Madukina, Iwa K released a song called Daharara Mantra, which can also be interpreted as a fire spell, on Friday, September 8 last week.

The Original soundtrack of Daharara's mantra was written by Iwa K. He also acts as a producer, with the help of Rian Idola.

At the beginning of the song, Madukina tried to adapt the sinden style in singing the song. Then, the song continued with a typical rap from Iwa K.

He played a character named Walisdi, whose character sang a mantra when he called Jin Banaspati.

Adapun, film Kisah Tanah Jawa akan tayang di bioskop seluruh Indonesia pada 21 September mendatang. Film ini bercerita tentang perjalanan Hao (Deva Mahenra) yang memiliki kemampuan melihat kejadian di masa lalu. Ia pun membantu Sari (Nayla Purnama), siswi SMK yang hilang diculkan sosok pocong tanpa kepala yang termap.
