JAKARTA - Foo Fighters is back with his latest work. The latest album titled But Here We Are marked their music after being left by drummer Taylor Hawkins last year.

Through social media, Foo Fighters announced that the first single of this album was titled Rescued. The album cover is white with a song title marked in gray.

People reported that the album But Here We Are will describe what Foo Fighters has experienced over the past few years. They call this recording emotional and honest as something that refreshes and powers of their friendship.

The album was produced by Greg Kurstin who worked on the music of Paul McCartney, Adele, and Kelly Clarkson, and others.

Taylor Hawkins died in the middle of the Foo Fighters tour on March 25, 2022. They decided to cancel their 64th Grammy appearance and the show made a tribute stage for Hawkins.

After that Foo Fighters canceled the entire remaining tour schedule. They and the Hawkins family gathered again to hold a tribute concert to Taylor Hawkins last September.

Foo Fighters consisting of Dave Grohl, Nateur, Pat Smear, Chris Shiflett and Rami Jaffee are slowly starting to return to stage. They recently announced several stages in 2023 at a number of festivals and concerts on May 24 in New Hampshire.

In December, Foo Fighters released a statement that they would continue to share through music even though they were left behind by their best friend.

Foo Fighters was founded 27 years ago to represent the power of music and life. And for 27 years, our fans built a community, a support system that helped us through the dark times together. A place to share happiness and sadness, hope and fear, to follow life through music," Foo Fighters wrote.

"Without Taylor, we would never be a band like now and without Taylor, we knew we would be a different band," he continued.

We also know you, fans, mean a lot to Taylor as he also means to you. And we know when we see you again - he's there with the power with us every night," he said.
