JAKARTA - Once said that there were various difficulties experienced when he was a vocalist in one of the biggest bands in the country, Dewa 19.

"So I'm a little vented about this. It's not easy to be a vocalist in a band like Dewa 19. Dewa 19 is a rock band with pop tones. That's why girls can like it, boys can like it. The girl likes the melody, the boy likes the energy," he opened.

"If you become a vocalist in a band like that, you must be able to sing pop and rock. You must be able to sing songs with hard energy, but in a gentle way. That's difficult," he explained.

"It was found out that we were singing pop or rock songs, it's not that I underestimated. Yes, so that's the challenge," he said.

In addition, Once also revealed the difficulties when singing in front of many viewers.

"Frankly, playing with a large crowd is not easy. You have to practice the right one. As a vocalist, we have to have consistency. So it's not something easy," he concluded.
