JAKARTA - The Rain released a lyric video of Page Berbeda on March 6. This song is part of their seventh album entitled They Say We're Stuck together.

On A Different Page, The Rain wants to invite listeners to enjoy a series of sad lyrics wrapped in the 80-90s musical nuances.

"This song is one of my songs whose writing process took years. Half of this song has been around since almost ten years ago," said Indra in a written statement received by the editor.

"It wasn't resolved at that time, then it was stored in the archives of The Rain song. Until finally it was completed together during the process of working on this album," he continued.

In addition, Iwan added, this song in chordal progression is quite suitable to be brought to the nuances of the late 80s.

"For the arrangement, it is not difficult to wrap this song in the final 80s until the early 90s. Apart from the progression of the chords, it is suitable to be brought that way, we also listen quite a lot to references from those eras, such as the work of David Foster and others," added Iwan.

This song is also a bridge to 22 years of band trips from Yogyakarta, which until now still consists of Indra Prasta (vocals, guitars), Iwan Tanda (guitar, vocals), Ipul Bahri (bass, vocals) and Aang Anggoro (drums, vocals) which falls at the end of 2023.
