JAKARTA - Industrial metal pioneer Fear Factory appointed Italian musician Milo Silvestro as their new vocalist.

"It's time to introduce our new vocalist to the world. The search is long and thorough, but I'm sure we got the right guy," Dino Cazares said on social media.

"It's been a big week for us at Fear Factory as we make our final preparations to return to live-stage tours across the US, starting February 25 on the 'Rise Of The Machine' tour. We can't wait to get out of the road and get into action. 'The engine will Rise'."

Meanwhile, Silvestro stated, joining Fear Factory was a great opportunity for him.

"I've been a fan of this band for years and it doesn't feel real but I'm happy to be a part of it," he said.

"I know I have some big positions to fill but I am here to do it in the best way possible and give justice to the vocal legacy of this legendary band."

The short documentary about the new vocalist Fear Factory can be seen below.

This Saturday, February 25th, Fear Factory will hit the stage while accompanying the Static-X headliner on the North American tour of "Rise Of The Machine".
