JAKARA - Musician of Indonesia-Singapore, Lullaboy, whose real name is Bernard Dinata, released his latest single, Van Gogh.

Not shy about exploring feelings within him, the former Singaporean military soldier wrote about the frustration he experienced in a song about love that was not pleasing.

In the intro section, this pop ballad song respects the song Don McLean Vincent (Starry Starry Night), before describing a painting about an attempt to seduce someone who is not interested.

In collaboration with producer Nacho Larraza, who produced Lullaboy's first album, Van Gogh describes a story about someone who regrets an unsaid love.

Lullaboy believes that love is something that makes Van Gogh go crazy, just like the rest of us.

"If he is a musician and not a painter, this is a song he can write," said the man with the alumni of Berklee College of Music in his statement.

With heart-breaking lyrics, which are very different compared to the arrangement of r&b with a feeling cool and dominated by guitar, Lullaboy manages to show feelings of fanfare, which is romanticized and perfectly packaged in a pop song.

As a real inspiration for the song, Lullaboy sang this song to win the hearts of women who made his life colorful.

The woman in this song is an inspiration for my art, my empress, and this song tells the story of trying our best to win the heart of our ideal, even though our love may only be one-sided," said Lullaboy.
