The Exercise Schedule Of Burgerkill Routines Makes Sons Physically Resilient

JAKARTA - The drummer for metal giant Burgerkill, Putra Pra Ramadhan, admitted that he did not have a special treatment to maintain his physical resistance in addition to conducting several light body processing exercises such as push-ups and plank.

The musician who was born in Banda Aceh on March 13, 1991 admitted that he was "helped" by Burgerkill's routine training schedule twice a week which had an impact on his physical fitness.

"Maybe because the BK (Burgerkill) schedule regularly gathers every three days in a week. Usually one day is used for meetings or briefings, then two days for training. From there the muscle memory is maintained and processed," said Putra after appearing with Burgerkill at the Gambir Music Market Festival, quoted by Antara.

Putra explained that he still took the time to do light exercise movements such as push-ups and planks. The drummer who has joined Burgerkill since 2016 is used to doing push-ups forty times every time he wakes up.

Furthermore, the former drummers Sunrise and Killing Me Inside will repeat a similar pattern of exercise before bedtime with the aim of keeping the body shape ideal.

"It's just push-ups and plank every morning and night, so just keep your body shape, really. I rarely even practice leg muscles. There is no special treatment, I have to jump jacks like that," he said.

Putra admitted that since his family in 207, he did not have much time to practice drums alone.

"The training is just right with BK. Since I got married, I don't have time to practice drums alone. Yes, it's clear because there are many times I've spent with my family, it's different, it's not like when I was single first," he concluded.

Burgerkill has just released their explosive single earlier this year titled Resilient Blood. The proud band of Bandung, which consists of Ronald Alexander (vocals), Agung Hellfrog (guitar), Ramdan Agustiana (bass), and Putra Pra Ramadhan (drums) had held a European tour of "Roar of Chaos European Tour 2022'.

BURGERKILL visited the Netherlands, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Germany in July-August 2022. This metal dedengkot of course also appeared on the " holy land" of world metalheads, the Wacken Open Air Festival.
