New Color Yovie & Nuno In Single Work For Example

JAKARTA - After announcing the entry of two new personnel in mid-2022, Yovie & Nuno released a single at the end of the year entitled Misal. This song was written by Arsy Widianto which he admitted was inspired by personal experience.

The theme of this song is not complicated, namely about a man whose lover left him. Even though he has been hurt and left behind for someone else, this man still loves him," Arsy said in his official statement.

"Indeed, this song was created based on personal experience, but I am sure, this situation must have also been experienced by others. Most of them must have felt what this man felt. The point is how we can let go of what is no longer ours," he explained.

Currently, the new formation of Yovie & Nuno consists of Ady Julian on keyboards, Muchamad Ahadiyat (guitar), and Adhyra Yudhi and Chico Andreas (vocals). As members who have survived this band from the start of its formation, Diat is optimistic that Chico and Adhyra's inclusion will give a new color to Yovie & Nuno.

"I'm sure, both of them will produce unique voice characters and can be enjoyed by anyone, not only Indonesian music lovers, but especially old fans Yovie & Nuno who have always been loyal to follow our journey from the start of being formed," explained Diat.

The same opinion was also conveyed by Yovie Widianto, who produced this single with Ari Renaldi. According to him, Chico's strong voice in low notes and Adhyra who was able to reach Falsetto tones and in successfully giving new colors, did not eliminate the characteristics of Yovie & Nuno himself.

"This single actually shows the strength of Chico and Adhyra as two vocalists who managed to give life to this song by bringing together two different sound characters, but still displays the uniqueness of Yovie & Nuno's music," concluded Yovie.
