LOONA Duet Releases New Album, Expenditure Salary Distribution Agency

JAKARTA - LOONA has postponed the release of their latest album. Previously, the album The Origin Album [0], which was scheduled for January 3, 2023, had to be postponed until a specified time.

Today, Thursday, December 22, BlockBerry Creative released a statement regarding LOONA's latest comeback. They apologized for dealing with several situations with the agency which had an impact on promotions.

"After taking the opinion of many people including Orbit (LOONA fan name), we decided LOONA activities would be meaningless if concerns about the member's condition were not resolved," BlockBerry Creative statement quoted JoongAng Daily as saying.

Therefore, it has been decided that LOONA's "The Origin Album [0], prepared by 11 members and scheduled to be released on January 3, 2023, will be postponed," he said.

The agency explained that some of these situations were related to the investments and money used by the agency for comeback purposes. This explanation seems to answer the Dispatch report that revealed the members' payment system some time ago.

There have been many misunderstandings and speculations about issues involving salary payments. In the end, the agency always harbors feelings of regret to LOONA members for not being able to generate profits for a long time, he said.

On November 25, BlockBerry announced Chuu was expelled from LOONA. Then they released a teaser for the latest album with an 11-person format. At that time the agency said it would not hold a showcase or press conference to the media.

The following week, Dispatch said the conflict between Chuu and his former agency was related to an unbalanced salary ratio.
