Sales Of Taylor Swift Concert Tickets Create A Ticketmaster Error Site

JAKARTA - Taylor Swift started selling tickets to the Era tour concert today, Wednesday, November 16. Ticket sales for North America began today via Ticketmaster's official website.

But unexpectedly, the Ticketmaster site experienced an error after millions of fans tried to buy presale tickets. For the first time, Ticketmaster has received complaints from visitors because of the long queue time.

Through social media, Ticketmaster confirmed that millions of access were trying to buy tickets. However, they argue that it will break their site down.

There is a high demand for Taylor Swift's ticket purchase. Hundreds of thousands of tickets have been sold. If you get a ticket, you've got it," Ticketmaster wrote on the same day.

"If you're in a queue, please. The queue is going on and we're trying to connect with fans as quickly as possible," he continued.

They also informed that some sales would be pushed back to five hours including Los Angeles, Santa Clara, Seattle, Las Vegas, and Capital One.

"Thank you for your patience as we manage this big demand," said Ticketmaster.

Taylor Swift announced a tour titled The ERA Tour. This tour is the first series after five years of not holding a tour. He will take fans through various musical eras from the start to the present day.

The tour will start in March 2023 in Glendale, North America. Taylor Swift also invited several musicians as special guests namely Paramore, Beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, girl in red, MUNA, HAIM, GAYLE, Gracia Abrams, and OWENN.
