JAKARTA - Jerinx, drummer for Superman Is Dead (SID) and his wife Nora initiated a band called Vlaminora. They released their first single titled Kemarau Rindu under the demajors label.
Kemarau Rindu was released on November 12 as a form of Nora's birthday celebration and three years of marriage with Jerinx. The two formed a band with Octav Sicilia, Wis and Agraless.
Before marrying Nora, I didn't know that she had a hobby of singing, and it turned out that she had won singing in 5th grade, said Jerinx.
Over time, Jerinx realized Nora helped him a lot in writing songs. Kemarau Rindu became a punk pop track that reminded listeners of the 2000s era where punk was very busy in the music industry.

The name Vlaminora itself means two words, namely Vlamin which is a sign from the word flamin while nor or nor means light.
"Hopefully Vlaminora is not just a light that illuminates, but can also burn the spirit of each individual who listens to and likes his work," he explained.
"It's like, if Vlaminora's songs are the foundation of a palace, then Nora's voice is the spirit of the palace," added Jerinx again.
Kemarau Rindu is a marker of the Jerinx project with Nora through Vlaminora which can be heard streaming.
