JAKARTA - In order to welcome Eid 2023, PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) launched the 2023 Homecoming Alert Workshop program by providing services to Suzuki customers during this year's homecoming trip. "We want to provide comfort and security on our Eid homecoming trip for our customers. The program will start running from April 19 to April 27, 2023 for 12 hours every day, with 29 car workshops of which will operate for 24 hours. The services offered by Suzuki include inspection of 23 vehicle components for free according to Suzuki standards. If vehicle repairs are needed, spare parts changes can also be made directly at Bengkel Siaga Suzuki. In its standby workshop, Suzuki also presents other facilities for the convenience of customers during the 2023 homecoming, such as a break room, providing takjil, musholla, kids corner, and even customers can get souvenirs for free. Suzuki also brought the Suzuki Emergency Roadside Assistant (SERA) to the Suzuki Alert Workshop program to assist customers in transporting his damaged Suzuki vehicle on the way.
