Fuji Immediately Sends Second Summons Regarding Alleged Cases Of Embezzlement Of Money

JAKARTA - Fuji's attorney, Sandy Arifin, revealed that his party will send a second subpoena in the near future regarding the alleged embezzlement of money that befell his client.

After the first subpoena is given, the next step is to give a second warning to related parties.

"Then today because our summons was just the first, we will provide the second subpoena on Friday, we are deadline on Monday, we have already said, the second subpoena," said Sandy Arifin at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Thursday, March 20.

He explained that in this process, his party was also collecting various supporting evidence, including screenshots, contracts, and conversations relevant to the case.

"The second subpoena is that we collect some evidence related to capture, as well as contracts, and then there will be several conversations that will be asked for," he continued.

Currently, his party is still in the consultation stage. If until the deadline given there is no response from the party concerned, then they will continue legal steps by making an official report.

"So today we are just a consul, God willing, after we make a second subpoena and we are deadline until Monday, if until Monday there is no answer, there is no good faith, Thursday, God willing, we will make an official report," explained Sandy Arifin.
