Gal Gadot Experiences Blood In The Brain While Pregnant With 4th Child

JAKARTA - Gal Gadot experienced an incident that almost took her life when she was pregnant with her 4th child. Through her Instagram account, she revealed that she had a blood clot in her brain when she entered eight months of pregnancy.

"For weeks, I faced headaches that left me lying, until I had an MRI showing the scary truth," Gal Gadot wrote.

"At one moment, my family and I face how vulnerable life is. A reminder that anything can change and in the middle of a difficult year, all I want is to survive and live," he continued.

She was rushed to hospital during surgery and gave birth to her fourth child named Ori procedurally in March.

"I don't know if 3 out of 100,000 women were pregnant in their 30s diagnosed with CVT (blood clots in the brain). It is important to identify because it can be handled. Although rare, it is possible and to know it is the first step to handle it," said Gadot.

"Pain, discomfort, or change often means something and is connected to your body," he said.

He named Ori for his fourth child with a meaning. Previously, he had said that the birth of his fourth child was not an easy thing.

"His name, meaning 'explained' was chosen for something. Before surgery, I told my husband Jaron when our child was born, he will be the light waiting for me at the end," Gal Gadot wrote.

Gal Gadot is married to film producer Jaron Varsano and has four children, namely Alma, Maya, Daniella, and Ori.
