Joint Road For Mediation Before The Accident, Rendy Kjaernett And Lady Nayoan Referr?

JAKARTA - Lady Nayyan and Rendy Kjaernett are scheduled to attend the second mediation hearing on Wednesday, August 2 at the Bekasi District Court. However, ahead of the mediation hearing, Lady Nayyan and her husband had to be in hospital after a traffic accident on the Jatibening Toll Road on Monday, July 31 in the early hours of yesterday.

Timoty Ezra Simanjuntak as Lady Nayuan's attorney said that his client had bruises due to an accident, and is still being examined by a team of hospital doctors.

"The injuries are certain to exist. Mrs. Lady's face is safe, from the waist down, just bruises. So the doctor is still checking again, whether the bruises are getting bigger or not," said Timoty Ezra Simanjuntak when contacted on Tuesday, July 1.

Before having an accident, Ezra also revealed that his client together with her husband had just been mediated by a pastor. Previously, both Lady and Rendy had their own consultations with the pastor, this time the two of them came together.

"I'm together, because the position is still in the stage of mediation for both of them. Yesterday the mediation was alone with the pastor, while this time it was mediation for both of them. Yes, I came home from there," he said.

Until now, Ezra has not been willing to reveal which hospital Lady Nayyan and Rendy Kjaernett are being treated. He doesn't want many people to come to visit his clients.

"The position is both in the hospital, only the hospital where, yes, it still takes time, the children come, the family comes, is afraid that they will get excited and bother, so the hospital is kept secret," concluded Timoty Ezra Simanjuntak, Lady Nayyan's attorney.

Regarding Lady Nayyan's presence at the mediation hearing at the Bekasi District Court tomorrow, Ezra is still waiting for a decision from the team of doctors who are handling his client.

"If I'm waiting for a letter from the doctor, if the doctor says okay, we'll come. Yes, it depends whether the doctor can come or not," said Lady Nayyan's attorney.

While waiting for the doctor team's decision, Ezra said that his party would prepare a letter asking the panel of judges to postpone the trial until Lady's condition allowed her to attend.

"We'll just prepare a postponement letter," said Timoty Ezra Simanjuntak.
