JAKARTA - Verrell Bramasta is one of the artists who participated in celebrating Eid al-Adha by sacrifice. Seeing his increasing sustenance this year, Venna Melinda's son decided to sacrifice more this year.

"Yes, what is certain is that it doesn't feel very fast, because it was only last year's sacrifice, this year it is another sacrifice. Alhamdulillah, this year there are more sacrifices than in previous years," said Verrell Bramasta in Jagakarsa, South Jakarta, Thursday, June 29.

"According to our income, so thank God this year is a lot of sustenance, the blessings too," he continued.

Verrell admitted that he sacrificed 5 cows this year. All of his sacrificial animals were distributed to two different places, the area where he lived and other areas where he was electoral districts to advance in the upcoming 2024 legislative elections.

"In this area, I bought two cows at home yesterday. This is what I started to become a legislative, so three more cows are in the electoral district. So there are five cows in all," he said.

The 26-year-old actor also told how the process was carried out when buying sacrificial animals. He admitted that he had only bought the five cows in the last days before Eid al-Adha.

In that short time, Verrell admitted that he was still taking the time to see firsthand the cows to be sacrificed.

"Lumayan last minute met the cow, so I just met you last night. One cow was eating mulu, the other was crying. So there was quite a moment with the sacrificial animal," he said.

But unfortunately, Verrell could not participate in seeing the slaughter of his sacrificial animals. He also did not have time to join the committee to distribute sacrificial meat to local residents.

After the committee finished distributing the sacrificial meat, Verrell planned to meet his parents. After that, he plans to enjoy the time off during his busy schedule.

"Later, the distribution (of the sacrificial meat) will be finished, the plan is to meet mom, and dad. Keep enjoying the holidays, because from yesterday there was no time off, just today is a holiday," concluded Verrell Bramasta.
