Cassation Rejected, Wenny Ariani Wants To Meet Children With Rezky Aditya

Wenny Ariani expressed his satisfaction after the Supreme Court rejected the appeal filed by Rezky Aditya. Thus, the 38-year-old actor remains valid as the biological father of his son, Naira Kaemita Tarekat.

Ferry Aswan as Wenny Ariani's attorney said his client was satisfied with the Supreme Court's decision to reject Rezky Aditya's appeal.

"He must be happy and grateful, because his struggle now has something positive," said Ferry Aswan in Cilandak, South Jakarta, Tuesday, June 13.

Wenny Ariani's attorney said that he and his client intend to bring Naira together with her biological father soon.

"What is certain is that the first step we take is to bring father and son together," he said.

Although he knew that Rezky Aditya's cassation was rejected, Ferry admitted that he did not know what was in the contents of the verdict. However, in the lawsuit, his client demanded that the actor support his daughter until she was 21 years old.

"Total semuanya, meliputi kesehatan, pendidikan, kebutuhan lainnya itu Rp7,5 miliar. Dari lahir sampai usia 21 tahun," jelas Ferry.

"But I never talk about it again, because the decision doesn't talk about it. Because basically this child knows who his biological father is, that's the point," he continued.

Regarding the next legal process, Ferry did not know for sure what Rezky Aditya would do. He said that Citra Kirana's husband could only refute the legal decision by DNA testing.

"If there is a review or PK, Rezky must prove that DNA is not identical, but so far he never wanted to. Finally, he said he wanted a DNA test, but in fact he even filed an appeal," concluded Ferry Aswan, Wenny Ariani's attorney.

As is well known, Wenny Ariani appeared with a surprising confession in 2021. He admitted that he had children as a result of his past relationship with Rezky Aditya.

However, Rezky denied this. Therefore, Wenny Ariani sued Rezky Aditya to the Tangerang District Court on June 30, 2021.

Wenny took legal action because his confession about the status of a child did not receive a response from Rezky Aditya.
