Indra Bekti And Aldilla Jelita Officially Divorce

JAKARTA - Indra Bekti and Aldilla Jelita were officially declared divorced by the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) today, Monday, April 17.

Taslimah as Public Relations of PA South Jakarta stated that Aldilla's divorce suit against Indra Bekti had been decided by the panel of judges.

"For case number 877/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JS filed by Aldilla Jelita against Indra Bekti, thank God, it has been decided today," said Taslimah at the South Jakarta PA on Monday, April 17.

As for the three points in the verdict, said Taslimah, including granting the lawsuit, dropping one of the defendants against the plaintiff and assigning two children to be under the tutelage of the plaintiff.

"Because the type of case is a lawsuit divorce, so the lawsuit was granted by imposing a divorce of 1 of the defendant against the plaintiff," said Taslimah.

The decision has also been agreed by both parties that there is a nominal value that must be borne by Bekti for both children every month.

"For 2 children, the mominal value is Rp. 30 million per month, with an increase of 1 percent per year," he said.

Regarding the possibility of parties objecting to the decision, Taslimah said that within the next 14 days a legal right to appeal will be given.

However, within 14 days, if one party is not pleased or does not accept the decision, then the right in the law is given, namely the appeal," concluded Taslimah.
