JAKARTA - Since experiencing bleeding in the brain since December 28, 2022, which then caused his vision to be disrupted, Indra Bekti will undergo surgery in the near future.

Roy Manella as Indra Bekti's manager said that the presenter would undergo surgery in his right eye. He could not confirm when the operation was scheduled, but on April 10, Bekti would visit the Gatot Subroto Army Central Hospital (RSPAD).

"I don't know when the operation will be, when I entered the hospital on April 10. I was told to come first, I was told to stay first, then I don't know the next day. On April 10, I just found out (the operating schedule, "said Roy Manella when contacted by the media crew on Wednesday, April 5.

The manager said that if everything went smoothly, the operation would later be carried out by Indra Bekti.

"After the right eye surgery, there is no more autopsy. Just waiting for the recovery," said Roy.

In undergoing the operation later, Roy stated that no special preparations had been made. So far the presenter has only been required to keep eating and getting enough rest.

"There is no (special preparation), only told to reduce salt, sweet, spicy food which is too much, as well as take a lot of rest," he said.

The person in charge of taking care of the presenter's work also ensured that there was no work schedule or serious activity that Bekti had to undergo ahead of the operation. He wanted Bekti to be able to undergo surgery with the best conditions.

"There is no shooting, just as usual. That means normal people, like meeting people. So you don't sleep at home either. Normal as usual, just not for your sake," concluded Roy Manella, manager of Indra Bekti.
