Undergoing Police Investigation, Regarding The Allegation Of Domestic Violence This Is Rizal Djibran's Answer

JAKARTA - Rizal Djibran visited the Polda Metro Jaya today, Friday, March 3, 2023, to undergo an examination of the alleged acts of domestic violence (KDR) reported by his wife. He denied committing domestic violence.

He underwent examination with investigators at the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya for about three hours. "Today I and my attorneys, my colleagues and my team came to fulfill the summons from Polda Metro Jaya," said Rizal Djibran after undergoing an examination.

Rizal Djibran admitted that he received 25 questions from investigators. Denny Lubis as the 45-year-old actor's attorney explained several points asked by investigators and stated that his client had denied what Sarah had alleged.

"Regarding 25 questions, I only conveyed the first point about his activities and why he was present. The second is related to the substance of what Sarah reported against him. The third is related to Rizal's rebuttal or actual facts," said Denny Lubis.

The lawyer also confirmed the presence of his client and everything that was conveyed to the investigator had been accompanied by evidence. "Today we stated something of course with evidence, facts and witnesses who really know about this issue," he said.

When asked further about her response to Sarah's statement accusing him of alleged domestic violence, Denny was reluctant to answer. She said that it was Sarah who was supposed to prove her point.

"Because yesterday he (Sarah) reported it, he was the one who was obliged to prove it," said Denny Lubis.

"Because this is an investigation process for the light of a criminal act, it is not appropriate for us to explain it, let the investigator explain it," concluded Rizal Djibran's attorney.
