Filming For New Film, Nirina Zubir Weights 5 Kilograms A Month

JAKARTA - Nirina Zubir will play in a film titled Jatuh Cinta As in films. Directed by Yandy Laurens, the 42-year-old actress will begin filming with another cast on February 27, 2023.

Before undergoing filming, Nirina was asked by the director to reduce their weight. Nirina explained that the director's request had to be fulfilled because the acting he played would also appear with the concept of a black and white film.

This is a very intimate film, very personal, really giving 200 percent for this film. So the preparation is for Nirina personally to lose weight, this is black and white," said Nirina Zubir when met at Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta on Friday, February 24, 2023.

Nirina explained that in black and white films, the lines on the faces of the actors will be clearer. To display the visualisasj as desired, Nirina was asked to drop by 5 kg in a month. Not only that, he also has to treat his skin.

"Because we are black and white, that's very clear. That's why I said this is one of the film projects that I really intend to take care of physically. We also have very tough characters, to the point of stress together (with Ringgo)," said Nirina.

However, Nirina explained that her efforts to lose weight were not done carelessly. He consulted with experts to get the desired weight.

"We are not careless, we have to use nutritionists. So that doesn't mean we just don't eat, no. It's all monitored and there are doctors too," he said.

Nirina Zubir also doesn't want to go through a diet program that requires not eating, which can later have a bad impact on his own health. "No, no. Don't let those who don't eat at all, don't do that," he concluded.
