Ask For Ferry Irawan's Power Of Attorney To Take Goods, Venna Melinda Bungkam Sunan Kalijaga

After a long series of attacks by Venna Melinda with Ferry Irawan after the alleged Domestic Violence (KDRT) incident in Kediri earlier this year, the two parties finally met at the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA) in a divorce trial.

Not only came to undergo a trial, Venna Melinda was also present in response to Sunan Kalijaga's statement, who a few days before the trial had said that he was given anolrh letter by Ferry Irawan and given the power to ask for his client's belongings which were still in Venna's hands. He even stated that he was ready to criminalize Venna if he did not return Ferry Irawan's belongings.

"From last week, Mas Ferry Irawan wrote a letter to me, giving me the power to make efforts, including legal, strict efforts, in this case reporting Venna if what Ferry asked for was not given by Venna," said Sunan Kalijaga, launching YouTube Cumicimi on Thursday, February 23, 2023.

"We are currently preparing anything. Mas Ferry yesterday gave me a list, a list (of goods). And when it was not given by Venna, it was possible that we would take legal action, namely reporting Venna with the alleged crime," he continued.

Wanting to prove the words of Ferry Irawan's attorney, Venna admitted that she had brought all her husband's belongings in the car. He was also willing to return all the items, but on one condition, Sunan Kalijaga had to show the power of attorney in question.

However, when met by Venna Melinda and her attorney, Sunan Kalijaga did not show any power of attorney and list of items she had said before. Sunan only showed a piece of paper that she admitted was written hand by Ferry Irawan in prison, whose contents asked for help to get some items.

Noor Akhmad Riyadhi as Venna's attorney responded that Sunan's letter was not a power of attorney. "It was indeed a letter from Mr. Ferry, and asked Pak Sunan for help. Agreeing with his attorney's statement, Venna Melinda laughed at the letter shown by Sunan Kalijaga.

Furthermore, Venna questioned the intention of Sunan Kalijaga who said he would make a criminal report if what Ferry Irawan asked for was not fulfilled.

"What does Bang Sunan mean, with me a statement if I don't return the items according to the list," said Venna Melinda.

Not after Venna's question, Sunan immediately cut off and argued what was said to be an appeal to the public. "It's just education to the public. That if we happen to be entrusted with goods or holding someone's belongings, and someone has asked to be returned, if it is not returned, then there is an article," said Sunan Kalijaga.

Feeling dissatisfied with the answers obtained, Venna continued to question the meaning of Sunan who said he would report it. "My question is, why should I make a statement as if Venna had not returned the goods would be threatened with punishment under 4 years. What does that mean?" Venna said.

"If you want to educate the public why, hold my Ferry goods. You can summon me," continued Venna.

Venna kept asking about what she meant, Sunan said that she was only educating and not reporting Venna. "No," Sunan said with a smile.

In the end, Venna Melinda and Ferry Irawan's attorney agreed to complete the return of goods in a good way. However, Venna stated that she only wanted to return her husband's belongings if there was a power of attorney that had legal force.
