Sambut Talak Cerai Ferry Irawan, Venna Melinda Asked For A Divorce Lawsuit To The Religious Court

JAKARTA - Venna Melinda secretly turned out to have filed for divorce from the South Jakarta Religious Court (PA). He sent the lawsuit to welcome Ferry Irawan who also filed for divorce.

Taslimah as the Public Relations Officer of the South Jakarta Religious Court confirmed the lawsuit filed by Ferry Irawan to Venna Melinda through the e-court system.

"In this case, there are two cases of the same person. First, Ferry Irawan against Venna Melinda, the number is registered at the South Jakarta clerk on February 7, 2023 with case number 599/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JS," said Taslimah to the media crew at PA South Jakarta some time ago.

Then, Taslimah explained the lawsuit filed by Venna Melinda against Ferry Irawan on the same day.

"Then, on the same day, Venna Melinda herself filed for divorce. Previously, the divorce from the divorce application that I mentioned earlier was divorce filed by her husband. And Venna Melinda as a wife also filed for a divorce, filed for divorce, the case number was also different, namely 600/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JS. So, there are two cases," said Taslimah.

Taslimah reiterated that the proposal that Ferry asked for was divorce. Meanwhile, Venna's request was to file for divorce.

"Satu, Ferry yang mengajukan, jenisnya cerai talak di daftanya tanggal 7 (February) nomor perkaranya 599/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JS. Kalau Venna Melinda, nomor 600/Pdt.G/2023/PA.JS," lanjutnya.

On a different occasion, Hotman Paris Hutapea as Venna Melinda's attorney stated that his client had no problem with the divorce proposed by Ferry Irawan.

"Venna said 'I don't care, am I really going to divorce, so who cares?'," said Hotman Paris expressing Venna Melinda's opinion.
