JAKARTA - Venna Melinda held a press conference in response to various statements made by Ferry Irawan's family in the last few days.

Still accompanied by his attorney, Hotman Paris Hutapea, Venna also included her friend, Roro Fitria, her parents, sister and other siblings.

Venna again told about what she experienced in Kediri while crying. The artist who was once a member of the DPR stated that what she told was the same as what she conveyed during an examination with police investigators.

"I have told you completely at the BAP (Investigation Report) what happened for more than 30 minutes," Venna told the media crew in the Pondok Pinang area, South Jakarta on Wednesday, February 1.

Throughout the press conference, Verrell Bramasta's mother seemed convinced of the legal steps and all the decisions she had taken so far. Both Venna and her parents said they had forgiven what Ferry had done, but her report on alleged domestic violence and divorce would not change.

Venna also did not want to go too far in response to the statement of Ferry's family, which according to her attorney, Hotman Paris had many discrepancies. The 50-year-old artist later stated that he would not hold a press conference again and was prepared to wait for oersidangan.

"I will no longer give the press to the media. But I ask the media to oversee this case, so that it can be a lesson for women out there who also experience violence," said Venna.

"I have told this event many times, it will not be different what I said, as well as the order. Because that's what I experienced," he concluded.
