Inspired Against Love, Newcomer Musician Farrell Ferdio Release Stay

JAKARTA - Newcomer musician Farrell Ferdio collaborated with Diandra Ferdytha to collaborate in the latest single titled Stay. This song is inspired by the true story of his co-workers.

Farrell said, Stay was born after she heard the story of a workmate whose wife chose to go out with another man. In fact, their marriage has been going on for more than 10 years and has been blessed with two children.

"The skill is increasing because so far my friend has really had such great love for his wife," Farrell said in a statement quoted by Antara, Wednesday, January 18.

"After going through a period of destruction and depression, he finally decided to forgive his wife even though he had betrayed and would welcome his wife back if she had become a better and loyal person to his family," he continued.

Stay is being worked on by Farrell with Almas Brino and Hanif Waskito as executive producers. Meanwhile, the mixing process was assisted by Hanif Waskito.

Diandra Ferdytha was chosen to fill the chorus of the song because according to Farrell, Diandra has a sound character that is perfect for the song.

For Farrell, Stay is a very special song because previously he had decided to stop writing songs and focus on work and spend more time with family.

"When I saw the condition of my friend earlier, I was encouraged and motivated to write songs back," said Farrell.

"In addition, when I wrote the lyrics of this song, I also asked my friend about his life story in more detail when we were both working," he said.
