JAKARTA - The comic Si Juki, which was previously published in London with the title The Absurd Life of Si Juki, is now also present in Indonesian with the title Si Juki Anak Kos London. The Absurd Life of Si Juki is written by Italian comic Elena Vitagliano who now lives in England.

Elena is a writer who has learned Japanese, artistic, and archaeological and has lived in Japan for one year. To date, Elena has won several manga competitions such as Manga Jiman and Silent Manga Audition.

This collaboration was created after the Si Juki team was invited to the London Book Fair in 2019 thanks to the support of Bekraf and the National Book Committee. At the event, Si Juki's team had the opportunity to work with the Manga Big Bang, a manga magazine published in London.

From the meeting, an agreement was made that Juki would be published in London with a new story as a London boarding child whose story will be set in a series called The Absurd Life of Juki.

"We've prepared a few more episodes and I have a lot of other ideas, so I hope readers like this story and want to read it more! Last but not least, I hope to meet Indonesian readers too!" Elena said in a release received by VOI, Monday, January 16.

In the cover of this comic, it is written The story of Ngirit in the Land of Elit which makes fans curious. The publisher of Buwange believes that the new series of Si Juki will be an interesting reading for many fans in Indonesia.
