JAKARTA - Lisa Marie Presley passed away on Thursday, January 12, Los Angeles time. He had heart failure after being rushed to the hospital. Lisa was pronounced dead at the age of 54.

Until the end of her life, Lisa Marie Presley gave support to her father, Elvis Presley. It is known that his father's figure was translated into a film called Elvis by Baz Luhrmann. Elvis's character is played by actor Austin Butler.

In the midst of criticism about Butler's appearance, Lisa Marie actually gave positive support to Butler and the film. He had the opportunity to watch the film before it was released in theaters.

"I haven't uploaded anything for a long time because I don't have anything to talk about, because I am forever saddened by the loss of my child," wrote Lisa Marie Presley on Sunday, May 15 via social media.

"However, I wanted to share the moment that I watched the film Elvis from Baz Luhrmann twice and let me tell you that it was spectacular. It was absolutely incredible," continued Lisa Marie.

This support was also seen when Lisa Marie Presley attended the 2023 Golden Globes event on January 11. Lisa and her mother, Priscilla Presley, supported Austin Butler and the Elvis film team.

A few days before the event started, Lisa Marie expressed her joy and hoped her late son, Benjamin Gough, could watch the film.

Austin Butler won Best Actor in a Motion Picture - Drama at Golden Globes. In his speech, he thanked Lisa Marie and Presley's family.
