Attorney Rozy Backed Down Regular After Denny Sumargo Answered The Summation: After Money Lu Later

JAKARTA - Rozy Zay Hakiki, the figure of a son-in-law revealed in the Dennny Sumargo podcast through his lawyer, said that he had reported Densu to the Banten Police because it was considered to have cornered him.

"We report (Denny Eumargo) here (Banten Police). So he went viral, as if he (Rozy) was guilty, but the fact was not. That's why we report here the ITE Law," said Jumhadi, Rozy's lawyer to the media crew at the Banten Police on Thursday, January 5.

However, unfortunately the report is still rejected. Kombes Pol Shinto Silitonga as the Head of Public Relations of the Banten Police stated that the evidence of the complaint brought was deemed insufficient.

The statement did not make Denny Sumargo afraid. He responded to the news that he would be reported by Rozy Zay Hakiki for inviting his ex-wife, Norma Risma on his podcast casually. Denny felt Rozy didn't need to make a report because the important thing was to talk to him.

"For example, if someone is harmed, it's okay, it's okay with each other. If for example, if you want to clarify at my place, just contact me," said Denny Sumargo, on YouTube Investigation Today.

The artist, called Pebasket Kembali, said that Rozy was wasting his time reporting to the police. He also reminded that reports made by Rozy would cost a lot of money.

"Don't spend your money later. You don't need to. Tired, don't," he said.

Furthermore, Denny Sumargo also reminded Rozy to prepare for the consequences of the legal route he took. Especially if what Rozy reported is not true.

"If you really feel that he is not right (Norma Risma) said, it's true that you reported to the police. But be prepared if someone attacks him back. You be careful," concluded Denny Sumargo.

Not long after Densu issued the statement, Rozy's lawyer changed the statement. Jumhadi denied having reported Denny Sumargo regarding the alleged affair between his client and his mother-in-law.

"I clarify that what I reported was NR's brother (Norma Risma) on the basis of the ITE Law which defamed our client, brother R. I have never reported DS's brother (Denny Sumargo) to the Banten Police," said Jumhadi.
