Nikita Mirzani Wants To Report A Police Officer And Prosecutor Who Put Him In Prison

After being acquitted of all charges by the panel of judges at the Serang District Court (PN) on Thursday, December 29, 2022 yesterday, Nikita Mirzani actually attacked back.

Through her Instagram account, Nikita uploaded a statement by a lawyer who supported the decision of the panel of judges at the Serang District Court on the defamation case she was facing.

"This is all because of the Head of the Serang City Police. Starting from you, Kasat and ending up in the hands of the Public Prosecutor Edward and his friends who made me sit in the Serang Court and locked up my body for more than 2 months," wrote Nikita Mirzani in his upload caption, Wednesday, January 4.

Being more confident with his non-defendant status, Nikita said he was ready to report these people. "Now I'm not a defendant, well, I'll report you the only one who took part in imprisoning me. Don't you think I'll be silent," he continued.

In the upload, Fitri Salhuteru, aahabat Nikita commented by mentioning the name of one of the famous lawyers. "Hotman Paris Hutapea, what is the opinion on the release of Nikita Mirzani, as the originator of 911," he wrote.

Previously, Nikita Mirzani with his attorney, Fahmi Bachmid visited the Serang District Court to appeal the decision of the Serang District Court judges.

"We want to appeal the decision of the Serang District Court on December 29, 2022. Why are we appealing? Because the prosecutor is also appealing," said Fahmi Bachmid.

Fahmi explained that the goal was to appeal differently from the prosecutor. If the prosecutor appeals because he disagrees with the verdict, then on the other hand, his party appeals so that the decision is strengthened in the High Court. Both appeals are just different missions," he said.
