JAKARTA - Timo Tjahjanto presents a comedy action genre film entitled The Big 4. This film is one of seven original titles released under the Netflix Indonesia flag.

Since the trailer was released, Timo seems to have presented something he likes and enjoys. If he is better known for films like The Night Comes For Us or Before the bleeding devil, The Big 4 offers something fresh but not completely foreign to the audience.

The Big 4 collaborates with five main players with various interesting backgrounds. Putri Marino, Abimana Aryasatya, Lutesha, Arie Kriting, and Kristo Immanuel made this film their acting debut.

The Big 4 tells of Dina (Putri Marino) who is annoyed with her father, Petrus (Budi Ros). The reason is, her father always misses important moments in his life and career. Dina also never knew what her father was doing everyday.

One day, Dina was annoyed that her father did not come to the training as a police officer. Dina also found her father died tragically. Dina spent three years working every day.

One day Dina finds a clue that takes her to an island. He was confronted by Antonio (Marthino Lio) who took him to meet Typhoon (Abimana Aryasatya) along with three of his brothers: Pelor (Kristo Immanuel), Jenggo (Arie Kriting), and Alpha (Lutesha).

Comic and action alloys actually took place in The Big 4. In the action section, various scenes of bloodshed, shots, and human explosions were very detailed. It was tense but like this was the first craze that Timo presented.

In the comedy line, Arie Kriting's action as the leader of the spiritual cult and Kristo Immanuel who is studying as a mix-and-match killer. The illicit comedy densities brought to make their actions even more enjoyable.

The comedy side seemed to be contagious to Abimana, Putri, and Lutesha. As a result, the five of them became a funny, fun, and crazy ensemble. Many fight scenes managed to build laughter but were also amazed by the slick camera spotlight.

The exploration of the fight between Typhoon cs and Antonio's gang also varies. Some are very serious but also comedy. Lutesha with her dangdut action, Putri Marino with the most beautiful, and Pelor, who is often used as bait, made this comedy action not unequal.
