JAKARTA - SM Entertainment intends to expand for the NCT group. Recently they shared plans for expansion into Southeast Asia.

The founder of SM, Lee Soo Man revealed a number of plans for the group and developing a business in other industrial sectors. It is known that SM Entertainment founded a company in Singapore as the first step.

In the future, they will create cafe businesses, merchandise stores, and exhibitions related to SM Entertainment artists. Offices in Singapore also manage businesses in Indonesia, Vietnam and Thailand.

In Indonesia itself, SM Entertainment also established an office. They also set up a cafe and merchandise shop titled KWANGYA which has appropriate concepts in South Korea.

Lee Soo Man also plans to make NCT subunits such as NCT Saudi and NCT Tokyo. However, he has not mentioned when the NCT expansion plan will be implemented.

This is not the first time NCT's expansion plan has been revealed. Previously, NCT was reported to have formed a Hollywood NCT.

So far, NCT has four subunits: NCT U, NCT 127, NCT Dream, and WayV. They also have three members of SM Rookies namely Shohei, Eunseok, and Seunghan.

On the other hand, Lee Soo Man said SuperM would make a comeback in early 2023. SuperM is a group with members consisting of several groups under SM Entertainment.
