Sule And Rizky Febian Presented The Asset Embezzlement Case Session By Teddy Pardiana At The Bandung District Court

JAKARTA - Comedian Sutisna alias Sule and his eldest son, Rizky Febian, attended a trial at the Bandung District Court (PN) on Monday, November 29. They came to testify on the alleged case of asset embezzlement by Teddy Pardiana.

Speaking as a witness, Rizky Febian stated that Teddy Pardiana had sold a Toyota Innova car without his knowledge. The car itself is believed to be Rizky's car which was entrusted to Lina Jubaedah, his mother.

"Asep Hermanto (A Lina's driver) said the car had been sold, nothing at all," Rizky said in court, quoted from YouTube NIT NOT, Tuesday, November 29.

Previously, Sule and Lina's eldest son said that since he was active as a singer, he entrusted all of his income to his mother, and the car that Teddy sold was one of the assets purchased from his income as a singer.

"I worked as a singer since 2015 on television stations. I gave up all income from 2015 to 2018, four years and a half, everything was transferred to my mother's account," said Rizky.

Sule, who also testified, also confirmed his son's statement. Although he admitted that he did not know the figure of Teddy Pardiana, the comedian was aware of the agreement between Rizky and Lina.

"He works at NET (as a singer). With the agreement, his mother went into his mother's account. Approximately IDR 5 billion (a holiday that was deposited)," said Sule in his testimony.

The figure of Teddy Pardiana himself is the husband of the late Lina Jubaedah, Sule's ex-wife and Rizky Febian's mother and Putri Delina. After the death of Lina, Teddy is known to have sold several assets owned by his wife.

Teddy admitted that the sale of these assets was intended to pay off the debts of the deceased. However, based on the testimonies of Sule and her children, Lina did not have a debt, and instead gave loans to her employees during her life.
