The Cause Of Eddie Van Halen's Death Is Revealed

JAKARTA - The cause of the death of musician Eddie Van Halen was revealed two months after the rock star's departure.

Through a death certificate obtained by TMZ, Eddie died of stroke as well as pneumonia and cancer.

In the certificate, there were several other conditions that Eddie experienced, such as skin cancer in the head and neck as well as an irregular heartbeat.

Eddie's body was cremated 22 days after he died and his ashes were given to Wolfgang, his son.

A source said Eddie's last wish was for his ashes to be scattered on the city's beaches and Wolfgang would do his father's wish.

In his most recent interview, Wolfgang also revealed that his father was diagnosed with only six weeks to live in 2017. After receiving the diagnosis, his father went to Germany for treatment.

Eddie Van Halen died on 6 October after a battle with cancer. He died at the age of 65.
