How Vino Bastian Learns Rukyah For Qodrat Films

JAKARTA - Vino G Bastian's first horror film, Qodrat is ready to hit theaters starting October 27. Qodrat film tells the story of Ustad Qodrat (Vino G. Bastian) as the owner of rukyah knowledge who failed in the construction of Alif Al-Fatana (Jason Bangun), his own son, who was possessed by a demon named Assuala.

Qodrat then decided to return to the pesantren in the village where he studied. But when he got there, Qodrat was faced with a bitter reality because the pesantren was actually filled with disturbances that could not be explained.

This resulted in Qodrat having to build Alif Amri (Keanu Azka), Yasmin's youngest son (Marsha Timothy), who had a name in common with his late son.

Vino admitted that he was interested in the director Charles Gozali film because of the different story.

"This is cool. Horror films usually sellUS. Usually Ustaz horror films are just complementary, but here it is from the ustaz side that builds the story. This Qodrat questioned whether he deserved to be put into ustaz? I think this is right for my first horror film," said Vino G Bastian when met in Central Jakarta, Wednesday, October 19.

During the shooting process, the Qodrat film was also accompanied by the ustad of the perpetrators of the Rukyah to ensure that there were no errors in the matter of movement and others.
