JAKARTA - The Djarum Foundation (BLDF) environment has started its Ready-to-Serv campaign as a form of environmental care. The latest project through the campaign is present in a web series titled Healing Trip.
Working with Studio Antelope (Akhirat: A Love Story), Healing Trip tells the journey of the characters with themselves and their environmental nature.
Swara (Sitha Marino) is a singer who has difficulty making lyrics. Sitha also went to the Island of the Gods and met Chandra (Bukie B. Mansyur) and Widya (Gabriella Desta).
The trip, which was intended as healing, became disastrous when Swara met her ex-lover, Piko (Ajil Ditto). Swara and Piko were also assigned to help with Chandra's tree planting project.
"We filmed hot not only one or two people but all of them. Seeing the results paid off," said Sitha Marino today, Wednesday, October 12.
"I'm happy because apart from getting the opportunity to go home, we also have a process of planting the symbiosis of mutualism with nature," said Gabriella Desta, who once lived in Bali.
With the release of the Healing Trip, we hope that the idea of planting trees as the new healing will be accepted by more of the younger generation, which in turn inspires them to also be actively involved in various environmental actions, said Abdurrachman Aldila as the Associate Program of BLDF.
Adhyatmika as the director hopes that the serial format can also be a lesson for the public to continue to protect the environment.
"Because the message is good and how to wrap it is also important because it is not enough if only monitored," said Adhyatmika on the same occasion.
The Healing Trip web series will be coming in four episodes with a duration of 45 minutes that airs on the Ready-to-Security YouTube channel starting October 16.
