JAKARTA - The film Noktah Merah Mawarna is ready to be released on September 15. Director Sabrina Rochelle Kalancy said he was satisfied and grateful for the results of the film he made.

"I am personally very grateful for the results. Even though I already have a detailed picture of what the characters want. But this is beyond myself, because the people involved here also give more than 100 percent of what they have and I am very grateful that it finally turned out to be like this," said Sabrina, quoted from ANTARA, Tuesday, September 13.

"There was no regrets at all. We also made this film in a difficult time. At that time, the new shooting licensing period was held again. So, the dedication of all the crew involved was great, I was very grateful and loved the film too," he continued.

The Nocta Red Marriage is a film adapted from a 1996 soap opera with the same title. According to Sabrina, working on an adaptation work will certainly have the potential to be compared to its original work.

Nevertheless, Sabrina argues that she will not be able to satisfy all audiences. Although every audience has expectations, Sabrina hopes that the audience can feel the same emotions from this film.

"Incidentally, my first film was adapted. So I already know what people will see when comparing different medium adaptation works. So I actually in the end, we will not be able to satisfy everyone for sure," explained Sabrina.

"Maybe they have expectations but my hope is that when they watch this, they also feel the same emotions and feelings when they used to know their soap operas for an old audience," he added.

Finally, Sabrina also said that all decisions made for this film were the best. Thus, "Red Marriage No'ah" is expected to be accepted by audiences in all Indonesian cinemas.

"I still feel like everything happened for a reason. We pushed back the broadcast date from last year because we felt it was for good. So that this could be watched by more people," said Sabrina.

"Until finally the decision to air and can air in 100 percent capacity conditions will occur on September 15, I think that is the best we can do and hopefully the Indonesian audience can also accept it as expected," he concluded.
