Singer Eric Nam Will Debut As An Actor Through The Film Transplant

JAKARTA - Singer from the United States, Eric Nam will plunge into the world of acting through a film called Transplant. This psychological thriller genre film appoints Nam as one of the main characters.

This news was announced by Eric Nam through his social media. He also uploaded portraits of the actors and actresses who were his co-stars.

“Excited to make my acting debut as Jonah Yoon in Transplant with amazing actors and creatives!” wrote Eric Nam today, Wednesday, August 17th.

Due to his shooting schedule, Eric Nam had to postpone a number of world tours in Australia and New Zealand from July to September.

"This is what I mean (the reason for the postponement of the tour)," explained Eric Nam.

Transplant is a film directed by Jason Park which tells the story of Jonah Yoon, a surgeon who was inspired by Dr. Edward Harmon (Bill Camp).

In addition to the two, this film also stars April Gracem Michelle Okkyung Lee, and Adam Arkin. Production of the film is said to have been completed in Los Angeles.

Eric Nam shared this news in the midst of his There And Back Again world tour. This tour is a promotion of his latest album of the same name which was released in early January.

This album also marks Eric Nam's career as an independent artist after his contract ended with CJ E&M.
