School Final Notes Series Filled With New Players, Director Andibachtiar Yusuf: Let's Get The Feel

JAKARTA - The School Final Note series stars new faces in the Indonesian entertainment world, such as Kacamelyv Prakaca, Arya Mohan, and Geraldo Chandra. The series is a remake of the 2005 film of the same name.

Andibachtiar Yusuf, who is the director of the series, said the selection of the new actors was done in order to explore more potential in the Indonesian entertainment industry.

"When asked what kind of players I would like, of course I said that there is no problem with new players, because instead we can explore more potential and for myself, there will be more challenges," said Andibachtiar Yusuf during a press conference in Jakarta, Friday.

In addition, according to him, the selection of actors is also adjusted so that they can truly describe the actual characters of high school students in the School Final Notes series.

"They are of the right age, indeed they are at the age of these characters. Actually, it's not too far from their current age. So, so that you can feel it. But since this is written in a script, let's play around in the script area. that," he continued.

School Endnotes tell the story of students at SMA Teladan Bangsa who are trying to make art or pencil performances at their school after a long absence. With all the conflicts and challenges they face, the implementation of the pensi which was originally based on personal interests has turned into a school final note that will be remembered.

“Through this series, we will present the same spirit as the big screen version. All of the players in the 2005 version of the film Notes for School Ending were able to become major players in the Indonesian film industry. We believe that the new School Final Notes can be a stepping stone for these young actors to succeed in the future,” concluded Yusuf.
