Kim Woo Bin Confused When He Reads Alienoid's Screenplay For The First Time

JAKARTA - Actor Kim Woo Bin will appear in the latest film titled Alienoid. This science fiction genre film had made Kim Woo Bin confused. It took him 8 hours to read the synopsis of the film.

"It took me 8 hours to read the synopsis. I've never really watched a science fiction film before and it's hard to imagine what it would be like," said Kim Woo Bin, quoted from Soompi, Sunday, July 17.

"But after seeing the big picture, it becomes an easy story. It's the kind of film that has never been seen before."

Part 1 of Alienoid will premiere in Indonesian theaters on July 27. The film Alienoid tells the story of the events that occur when a mysterious time portal opens and connects Tao and the Goryeo Dynasty where the two search for the legendary sword.

The film is directed by Choi Dong Hoon. Besides Kim Woo Bin, it will also feature Ryu Jun Yeol, Kim Tae Ri, So Ji Sub, Honey Lee, Yeom Jung Ah, Jo Woo Jin, Kim Eui Sung, Shin Jung Geun, and Lee Si Hoon.

Furthermore, Kim Woo Bin also explained that he had felt scared while playing his role in Alienoid. He said that he was worried about not being able to live up to people's expectations.

"I was a little scared at first. I didn't have much preparation, but what if I can't live up to people's expectations?" said Kim Woo Bin.

"But when discussing with the director before filming, all those worries disappeared. The director is someone who is not stubborn to stick to what's in his head and follow the flow of the situation and the actors," he added.
