Desire To Move Vanessa Angel's Grave, Doddy Sudrajat: Not Even A Month

JAKARTA - The polemic of moving Vanessa Angel's grave has resurfaced. Doddy Sudrajat emphasized that the desire to unite Vanessa's grave with her mother was not just talk.

Together with the lawyer, Doddy Sudrajat expressed his seriousness regarding the transfer of Vanessa Angel's grave. Djamaludin Koedoeboen, Doddy Sudrajat's attorney, said that his team had distributed notification letters and met directly with parties related to the plan to relocate Vanessa Angel's grave.

One of them is the administrator of the Malacca Islamic Cemetery, South Jakarta. Djamal also said that this was a sign of Doddy's seriousness and avoided the news that moving Vanessa's grave was just a discourse.

"Our fellow lawyers from our office directly handed over the letter of notification of the transfer of the tomb to the chairman of the board directly, the kyai, who owns the tomb. We have already submitted the letter, directly," explained Djamaludin Koedoeboen as quoted from Paragram Official, Monday, May 23.

The funeral director was against moving Vanessa's grave. However, Djamaludin was sure that had not happened.

"Yes, earlier he said that all this time there had been a miscommunication because none of us visited him directly. After we explained it, it was finally understood. We are also ashamed if we just throw discourses all the time," he explained.

Doddy was determined to move the grave of his eldest son because he was afraid that it would be considered misleading the public with untrue issues. "Insha Allah we will carry out the plan. I don't think it will last a month, just pray insha Allah," said Doddy.

Doddy Sudrajat has also given a letter regarding the transfer of the tomb to Haji Faisal. In fact, Doddy asked Faisal not to repair Vanessa Angel's grave.

Haji Faisal also said that if he received a warning from Doddy Sudrajat regarding himself who would repair the graves of Vanessa Angel and Aunt Ardinasyah.

Faisal still does not agree with Doddy's plan. However, he realized he couldn't do much.

"The point is I don't agree, I don't agree. I have tried my best, meaning that I have tried various ways and I will try again. However, if this attempt fails, that is the best," said Faisal, quoted from the YouTube channel Seleb Oncam News.
