JAKARTA - Aura Kasih is now known as an actress, but actually she started her career as a singer. The song Mari Bercinta, which was released in 2008 successfully brought him into the world of entertainment.

Later, Aura Kasih admitted that she was amused when she listened to the song Mari Bercinta. He also told the moment when he heard the song recently.

"At that time we were making music, the lyrics (Let's Make Love) we made this set, put the set into the music, it's really good," recalls Aura Kasih via V Entertainment's YouTube channel.

"After the song was finished, I kept thinking in the car, 'Oh, I'm so ticklish, I'm ticklish'," he said again.

Aura Kasih also felt confused because the song she released was different from what she was listening to. The mother of one said that she likes listening to independent musicians from Bandung.

“Meanwhile, in the past, I (lived) in Bandung, I heard about Pure Saturday, Burgerkill. That coil. Can you imagine? Bandung children grow up with Indie music," he explained.

Her manager at that time advised Aura Kasih to keep trying the song. Sure enough, the song Mari Bercinta managed to make it popular.

"I said to my manager, 'Why am I so ticklish'. When I tried it, it exploded, man, it's weird. So every time I perform, I feel like I'm shy and nervous because I don't really have to sing this song? I feel confident really?" said Aura Kasih.

This song continues to follow Aura Kasih's career. He recounted when this song went viral again and many called his account on Instagram.

"People are tagging on Instagram to sing it, I don't want to repost. When I'm singing, I'm told to bring it. Imagine, mas, aged 40, aged 50, still being asked to sing that song," said Aura Kasih.
