Like Giving Birth To A Child, Terry Shahab Is Nervous About Preparing A Music Video I'm Willing To

JAKARTA - Terry Shahab is preparing a music video for the song Aku Rela. Even though it's not new, the Promise Sweet singer still feels nervous every time he releases a new work. Terry said every project he worked on was considered his own child so he hoped everything would be perfect.

"Every project feels like the birth of a child, right. We hope that everything is perfect, even though we know that perfection only belongs to Allah. But Alhamdulillah, there is always a way for Allah to calm this heart so we can be super focused," Terry said, quoted from ANTARA, Saturday, April 23.

Like the meaning of the song, Terry wants to show a deep meaning about a love dilemma. Although disappointed by love, but must still move on with life.

"I'm not the type of person who likes to see my sadness, but here I show you, I'm an ordinary human, I can be very disappointed but still try to keep going with what I believe in," said the singer of "Grains of Dust".

The story of the song and the story of the music video "Aku Rela" is based on Terry's personal experience. He believes that many people are familiar with the story in the song by Ganjar Sukmawansyah alias Gan2, the guitarist for the band Wong and Sahara.

"Back then, when I was in this position, I felt insecure, I felt wasted time, and felt like a useless human being," said Terry.

"I hope my friends can be sure that we are not the saddest people in the world. We just don't see it, because our eyes are blinded by love that is not in place," he continued. Aku Rela is a continuation of the previous song entitled Dilemma Intersection.
