List Of Performers At The 2022 Java Jazz Festival, There Are PJ Morton And Gabe Bondoc

JAKARTA - After confirming the festival will be held on May 27-29 at JIExpo Kemayoran, the Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival (BNIJJF2022) has announced the lineup of its first phase of performers, including international musicians PJ Morton and Gabe Bondoc.

"We are happy to finally be able to share the good news by announcing the first stage performing artist, which we have certainly been waiting for," said Dewi Gontha, President Director of Java Festival Production, as quoted by ANTARA, Thursday, April 14.

"As the first music festival in Indonesia that presents international musicians, it is hoped that the presence of the Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival 2022 can treat the longing of music lovers and connoisseurs and continue to be an important festival and can introduce musicians to the world," he added.

The first musician to hit the spotlight at this phase announcement was PJ Morton. This Grammy winner, singer, songwriter, and producer from New Orleans, United States is expected to be a special show that will appear on Saturday, May 28, 2022.

Another musician in the spotlight is Gabe Bondoc, a singer, songwriter, and guitarist who was born and raised in California Bay, with his signature video-one-take-session (OTS) either his original songs or acoustic covers of popular songs that give inspiration for hundreds of thousands of people around the world.

Other international musicians who have sent confirmation are Alex Porat, Emma-Jean Thackray, Hablot Brown, Jarrod Lawson and Samm Henshaw.

Not only that, prominent musicians from the country have also started to give confirmation to enliven the festival.

RAN's return to the Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival 2022 stage after the last performance was in 2016 was the highlight.

Rayie, Asta and Nino will return to greet their fans this year and bring their hits.

Apart from that, there is also Oslo Ibrahim, a talented musician who has successfully topped the Tokio Hot 100 radio chart, one of the most popular radio chart programs in Japan with his song “Baby Don't Let Me Go”.

Finally, Kahitna, a music group that has continued to show its existence since the 90s and has fans from all ages, will certainly make the Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival 2022 stage a singing arena and treat fans' longing for live performances, especially music festivals.

Other Indonesian musicians who are included in the line up for the Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival 2022 are Adikara Fardy, Afgan, Danilla, Gangga, JAZ, Mikha Angelo, Rendy Pandugo, Rizky Febian, Sivia, Teddy Adhitya, Yefta and Friends Sleep, and Yura Yunita.

There are several things that festival visitors must know, as usual to watch special shows, visitors must have daily tickets and special show tickets on the same day.
