Fiance, Jennifer Lopez Proposed By Ben Affleck In The Bathtub

JAKARTA - Jennifer Lopez was officially engaged to Ben Affleck last week. They reconnected after being separated in 2004.

Tuesday, April 12, Jennifer Lopez revealed how Affleck proposed to her again for the second time. Through the Newsletter, the singer of Ain't Your Mama told the public that she was proposed to while in the bathtub.

“Have you ever imagined your biggest dream come true?” wrote Jennifer Lopez starting the email.

"Saturday night while in the best place in the world (in a bubble bath), my loveliest love kneels and proposes," he explained.

At that time, the Marry Me star was surprised and saw Ben Affleck smiling and crying at the same time. He had no idea that two decades had passed and this was happening again to them.

“Trying to think about the fact that after 20 years this happened, I was so shocked and he said, 'Is that it? I said of course YES," said Jennifer Lopez.

“I smiled and tears fell, I felt so happy. (The proposal) was not luxurious but it was the most romantic thing one could ever imagine," he said.

Jennifer Lopez called this moment two lucky people who got a second chance. He also talked about the green ring that Ben Affleck used to propose to him.

"Green has always been my lucky color and now I believe in it," said Jennifer Lopez.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck had dated from 2002 to 2004. At that time Affleck also proposed but they ended the relationship.
