Full List Of Bridgerton Prequels Centered On Queen Charlotte's Powers

JAKARTA - Bridgerton's prequel, which is currently in the works on Netflix, has found its full cast. India Amarteifio will play the young Queen Charlotte in the series, while Corey Mylchreest will play the young King George.

In addition, Queen Charlotte actress Golda Rosheuvel will also appear in the series along with fellow Bridgerton stars Adjoa Andoh (Lady Agatha Danbury) and Ruth Gemmell (Lady Violet Bridgerton). Arsema Thomas will appear as the young Lady Danbury.

India Amarteifio (Line of Duty) who plays the Young Queen Charlotte, is engaged to the mysterious King of England in her shadow. Charlotte arrives in London only to realize that she is not exactly what the royals had hoped for.

As he learns to navigate the palace, he grows up to become one of Europe's most unforgettable leaders. Michelle Fairley (Gangs of London) plays Princess Augusta. He was determined to maintain the power of his family.

Corey Mylchreest (Sandman) plays the handsome, charismatic and slightly mysterious Viceroy George. George has always been subject to the restrictions placed on him as Crown Prince.

Having to share a room, and a bed, with his new wife forces George to confront the hidden demons head-on. Arsema Thomas as Young Agatha Danbury. Under the tutelage of a much older husband, Agatha uses Charlotte's arrival to find her own way into society.

With a keen knowledge of once divided social situations and the intricacies of marriage, Agatha becomes a guiding light for the new Queen, all the while discovering her own voice and power that we will soon know as the iconic Lady Danbury Bridgerton.

Additional cast includes Sam Clemmett (Harry Potter and the Cursed Child – West End and Broadway, The War Below) playing Young Brimsley, Richard Cunningham (The Witcher) playing Lord Bute, Tunji Kasim (Nancy Drew) playing Adolphus, Rob Maloney (Casualty) plays the royal doctor, Cyril Nri (Cucumber) plays Lord Danbury, Hugh Sachs (Bridgerton Seasons 1 & 2) plays the older Brimsley.

Shonda Rhimes wrote and executive produced the prequel series through Shondaland and will also serve as showrunner. Betsy Beers of Shondaland will also executive produce, while Tom Verica will direct and executive produce.

Bridgerton has proven to be a huge hit for Netflix, the first season of which released in December 2020, quickly becoming one of the most-watched original shows on Netflix. The series was quickly renewed for a second season which premiered on March 25. Netflix has also started working on Seasons 3 and 4 in April 2021.
