House Rebuilt, Netizens Ask Rano Karno To Match Si Doel With Sarah

JAKARTA - Rano Karno is known as the actor Doel in Si Doel Anak Sekolahan. The iconic story left an impression on Indonesian audiences even though the soap opera is no longer broadcast.

Si Doel's house is a silent witness to all of Rano Karno's success in the soap operas Si Doel Anak Sekolahan and Si Doel the Movie. Unfortunately, it was recently torn down to the ground.

Rano Karno captured the demolition process of the Betawi-style house on Rano Karno's YouTube Si Rano on Friday, April 23, 2021. The house had to be demolished because the land used to build it was rented land.

But now that sadness has turned into happiness. Recently, Rano Karno shared the appearance of Doel's house with netizens. Through his Instagram account, he uploads photos of Doel's house during the day and night.

The photo received a response from Si Doel Anak Sekolahan fans. They even hope that Si Doel's character can match up with Sarah, played by Cornelia Agatha.

"Ya Allah, pls unite with Sarah, I don't want to know how. Pls make the audience happy this time," said a netizen.

Rano Karno himself is often met with Zaenab, played by Maudy Koesnadi. The two of them have just starred in a film called Rainbow Without Color in which they play a husband and wife.
