JAKARTA - There were 31,099 complaints received by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) until November 30, 2024 through the Consumer Protection Portal Application (APPK).

Kiki explained that 89.6 percent of the total complaints received by the OJK had been resolved through an internal dispute resolution mechanism. Meanwhile, 10.4 percent are still in the process of being resolved.

In carrying out its duties, the DEFINITE Task Force found and reported 228 bank accounts or virtual accounts used for illegal activities, which were then requested for blocking.
